Micro-dermabrasion is a sand blasting technique with medical grade aluminum particles. This cleanses the skin very deeply and empties the blocked pores. Immediately after treatment, the skin appears somewhat reddish. The next day it is fresh and tighter. Micro-dermabrasion is ideal for lackluster skin, early aging and active acne. The treatment can be repeated on a monthly basis as a deep cleansing procedure. Dermabrasion is a much more aggressive treatment with very good and long lasting results for aged skin and superficial blemishes.
