GENITAL SURGERY - LIPOSUCTION LABIA & LIPOSCULPTURE of
the Pubic Area
If you are not happy with the appearance of your pubic area,
liposuction of the "Mount of Venus" can be considered to enhance
the appearance. Also liposuction of overtly bulgy labia majora -
the outer lips- is a possibility.
LIPOSCULPTURE OF A PROTUDING PUBIS AREA & LIPOSUCTION OF GENITAL
LIPS
The "Mount of Venus" is the fatty tissue that covers the front
of the pubic bone. In cases of a protruding pubis and,
occasionally, overtly bulgy labia majora, liposculpture can be
performed.
After tumescent infiltration of the area we remove the fat, with
fine-bore canula, under carefully controlled vacuum. Fat thus
obtained can be purified and transplanted to other areas if so
required.

THE PROCEDURE
The procedure takes about one to two hours, and will be under
local anaesthesia or sedation. The same day you will feel fit
again to return home or to your hotel. You can resume sexual
activity in about 3 weeks. All intimate surgery procedures can
be combined with other plastic surgery.
In our clinic Plastic Cosmetic and Reconstructive surgery is
combined with specialised Gynaecology: Our specialist surgeons
are working together in a multidisciplinary setup.
LIFTING THE SKIN INSIDE THE BUTTOcKS & BETWEEN THE LEGS
Combinations with perivulvar work at the inside of the thighs or
buttocks, in the form of loop suspension or lifting procedures,
may be required in order to achieve optimal aesthetics. Often
patients resent local fat deposits in the adjoining areas. These
can also be remodelled.
Suspension loops of special material can assist in lifting sagging
tissue, both between the legs, as well as at the level of the
inside of the buttocks.
SUSPENSION LOOPS: AN IMPORTANT INNOVATION !
Surgery without scars!
An elastic thread that is also antimicrobial and available in
different strengths allows us to hitch up descending tissue
towards fixed points in the body. The technique also involves
special long feeding needles, allowing sizable distances to be
covered.
No skin incision is required. Provided the surgeon is very aware
of the anatomy, risks are limited and the technique can be
individually adapted in order to achieve maximal patient
satisfaction.
